We Didn't Invent the Shotgun Start. We Perfected It!

Some of the greatest little innovations of our time get used everyday and we don't know who to thank for them. Like the stop sign. And duct tape. Sure, we know who invented the incandescent light bulb but who do we have to thank for the shotgun start? It remains a mystery.
