At Gleneagles Country Club, we have been on the leading front of clubs offering outings for the Chicagoland area for decades.
Every person who contacts us for an outing is unique. Therefore, every outing at Gleneagles is unique.
We do everything. All you do is sell tickets!
The one thing that is the same for every outing here is, we take care of everything. We want you to have fun and you can’t have fun if you’re fussing over the details. You wouldn’t want us coming into your office, warehouse or company and running things, and we don’t expect you to come to us with great outing organizational skills. Besides, we pride ourselves in impressing all of our outing organizers and guests alike!
We have the facilities here to accommodate any size outing – any time, any day!
Home of the Shotgun start. Plus the 72-player Half Shotgun Start!
Going hand-in-golf glove with outings is the shotgun start, and since we are the “Home of the Shotgun Start” you’re in good company here at Gleneagles.
You can take advantage of our complete banquet facilities during your outing. We’ll serve lunches on the course at the turn or anywhere you want. Or party at our Bar-B-Ques at Red/Lakes #9 and White/ Woodlands #9.
We also do double shotgun starts (up to 288 players) and our banquet facilities can handle this as well. Owner Mike McNulty says the beauty of the double shotgun is it permits all players to start and finish together. And if you don’t fill the field for a complete double shotgun, that’s not a problem. We’ll do a full and a partial and you’ll have room to grow for next year’s outing!
We make your sponsor signs and any other signage you’d need right here on the premises. Correct spelling is not extra!
We’re known throughout the Chicago area as “the place” for outings of all kinds, from political groups to charities such as Breast Cancer and Muscular Dystrophy fundraising, Misericordia, law enforcement groups, state representatives and the “regular guy” outing.
